5 Kosi Parikrama
On the day of Ekadashi of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month, Panchkosi Parikrama is performed in the Panchkos circle of Ayodhya. In this Parikrama also, devotees and local residents come to Ayodhya and wait for the date. On the arrival of the date, the circumambulation is started by taking a bath in Saryu and prostrating on the circumambulation path. During the parikrama period, they complete the parikrama by meditating, doing bhajans and kirtans and after visiting the temples of Ayodhya, they go to their homes. Panchkosi Parikrama circles the inner circle within which the heart of Rama's kingdom was located.
